Greg A. Bouwer
Greg A. Bouwer concentrates his practice in Corporate and Business law, Commercial Litigation, and Commercial Transactions, with an emphasis on Real Estate.
Mr. Bouwer represents residential and commercial real estate developers involved in development and leasing and financial institutions in connection with all areas of commercial secured lending. He has prepared declarations and formed associations for the numerous developments he has been involved with.
Representative real estate related transactions include representing developers and lenders for-lease and for-sale residential units and commercial office and retail space, residential subdivisions, medical office, industrial office and warehouse and special use developments and built-to-suit projects, big-box retail developments and small- and large-scale shopping centers, and varied developments within tax increment financing districts.
Representative secured lending transactions include commercial secured corporate lines of credit, term loans and commercial equipment and facility financing, equipment leasing and purchase money financing factoring, and asset-based lending. Mr. Bouwer also represents lenders in commercial workouts and litigation.
